Bio

Before he pulled 1500-pound chains through abandoned parking lots, and before you saw his legendary midnight jogs, SK, also known as Mr. WhatWinnersDo, was simply known as Fat Stevie by family and friends. You may see him flourishing on epic levels in your daily news feed, but this was not always the case. His grandmother affectionately called him her Bacon Bandit, because of his talent for stealing bacon out of the frying pan (THUG LIFE). Through a devotion to macadamia nut cookies, pound cake, fried chicken and generally all things fat, young SK earned the requisite southern euphemisms for kids who tilt the scale. His Aunties said he was big boned-ed, while his mother rationalized his size saying, “He’s not big. There’s just a lot to him.”

Needless to say, young SK’s dreams of playing linebacker for his high school, the Redan Raiders, were shot down as he was put on the line to be a pulling guard. Despite playing guard in high school, SK was determined to fulfill his childhood dream to play linebacker for the University of South Carolina Gamecocks in America’s greatest football conference (SEC SEC SEC!!). After competing amongst 200 prospective athletes, he earned the right to walk onto legendary Coach Lou Hotlz’s team. As a part of the team, The Minimizer, as he was known on the team, was able to build his body with whole foods and a consistent strength and conditioning program. Over time, Fat Stevie trimmed up and played himself into a linebacker’s body. But all good things must end…
